CINDY'S CHEESE CAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
Orange flavor (or lemon)
5 eggs + 2 egg yolks
1/4 c. milk

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
Dash cinnamon
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix graham crackers with sugar and butter, cinnamon. Press into buttered springform pan.

To softened cream cheese add sugar, eggs one at a time. Beat thoroughly. Add egg yolks, flour, flavoring and milk. Beat well. Pour into springform pan. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Turn oven down to 250 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cake in for additional 20 minutes.
