BAR-B-QUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. burgundy
6 drops lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. oil
Tabasco sauce (to taste)

Combine all ingredients, bring to boil. Lower heat, simmer until thick. Baste chicken when almost done.
