BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN ON GRILL 
COOKING SAUCE:

1 stick butter
1 c. vinegar
Little water
1 family pack chicken

Melt butter in small saucepan and add vinegar and water. Bring to boil. Brush on chicken pieces and wrap them in aluminum foil. You can wrap 2 or 3 pieces together if small. Put on rack on charcoal grill and steam until tender, approximately 1 hour. Remove foil and baste wit bar-b-que sauce, leaving them on grill until browned.

BAR-B-QUE SAUCE:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 c. tomato puree or ketchup
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. hot water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Heat to boil and remove from heat.

I have been cooking for over 30 years......this is by far the best way to make barbeque chicken on a grill. I did the wrap and steam in the oven and they were the best tasting, tender chicken legs I ever had. And it was a great sauce recipe, too. Thanks for sharing....
