SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter, softened
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients; chill mix. Roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
