BOB'S SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
2 c. herb stuffing (suggest Pepperidge Farm)
1 lg. grated onion
4 eggs
1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tbsp. thyme
1 minced garlic clove
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cook spinach and drain, squeeze out liquid when draining. Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 hours or more. Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake in oven on cookie sheet at 300 degrees until golden brown. Serve warm. Yields: 4 dozen.
