SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cook as directed) 1 lg. chopped onion 4 beaten eggs 3/4 c. butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing Cook spinach and drain. Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients. Put in refrigerator to cool. Shape into balls. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Great to freeze and use as needed. |
