SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, cooked & drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
6 eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients, roll into small balls, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.
