SPINACH BALLS 
3 boxes frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm Crumb Stuffing Mix
2 onions, finely chopped
9 eggs, beaten
1 c. melted butter
3 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll in balls the size of large walnuts. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6 1/2 dozen. Can be frozen and baked as needed.
