3 LAYER BARS | |
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus fudge marble cake mix 1/3 c. butter, softened 3 eggs 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. In a large bowl blend cake mix (reserve marble pouch), butter and 1 egg at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup crumbles for top layer. Press remaining crumbles into pan. To the reserved crumbles add marble pouch and 2 eggs. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Set aside. In a small bowl combine condensed milk, coconut and nuts. Spread over crumb layer. Pour chocolate batter on top of filling. Spread gently to cover. Bake 30-40 minutes (until it springs back). Cool completely. If desired, top with powdered sugar. 36 bars. |
