APPLE CRISP TO SERVE 50 
1 1/2 qt. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 #10 cans apples
1 qt. brown sugar
1 1/2 qt. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. butter

1. Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in large mixing bowl.

2. Add lemon juice and apples; mix well. Put into baking pans.

3. Mix brown sugar, flour and salt.

4. Cut butter into sugar-flour mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until top is lightly browned. Serve warm or cold with cram, lemon sauce or plain.
