BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut into cubes
Flour
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. fat
1 can cream of mushroom or Golden mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 to 11 oz.) tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6-8 drops Tabasco sauce
Dash of pepper
1 (7 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Parmesan cheese

Dip meat in flour; brown meat in fat. Add onions. Combine sour cream, tomato, and mushroom soup. Add seasonings. Add to meat mixture. Simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Serve over hot noodles, sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
