BEEF STROGANOFF CROCKPOT 
2 lb. beef sirloin, cubed
2 med. onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. catsup
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms
4 tsp. Worcestershire
2 c. sour cream

Place beef in bottom of crock pot. Add onions, garlic, catsup, soup, mushrooms and Worcestershire. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Add sour cream about 45 minutes before serving. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.

Easy to prepare, but just a little too salty-next time I will use less Worcestershire. Also used fresh mushrooms and end result was too runny, so will cook and drain mushrooms next time.
