HAMBURGER STROGANOFF SANDWICH 
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. milk
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
2 sliced tomatoes
1 sliced bell pepper (opt.)
4 oz. shredded cheese
1 loaf French bread
Butter

Cut loaf in half, lengthwise; spread small amount of butter over each half; wrap each half in foil and bake in preheated oven (375 degrees) for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cook ground beef with onion until brown; drain off excess grease, stir in sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Heat. DO NOT BOIL.

Take bread out (remove from foil). Spread hamburger mixture on top of each half. Arrange sliced tomatoes and peppers and top with cheese. Bake in oven for 5 minutes (or until cheese melts).
