BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. steak, cut in 1/4 inch strips
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. mushroom pieces
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Roll steak pieces in flour, and brown in butter. Add onions, and water. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Add other ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
