3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples

Blend oil, vanilla, eggs together. Mix dry ingredients; add to mixture; mix well. Add apples. Dough will be stiff. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
