FRESH APPLE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

Mix oil and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Sift the dry ingredients and mix. Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes or a little longer in a tube or Bundt pan. Let cool in pan.
