3 c. flour, unsifted
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
3-4 apples, sliced
Cinnamon - sugar

Place first 7 ingredients into a bowl in order given. Beat until smooth. Place 1/2 of batter into a greased tube pan. Arrange apple slices on top of batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Pour in the rest of the batter and repeat apple slices, cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Yield 18 servings.
