SUNSHINE CARROTS 
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. maple flavored syrup
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 (16 oz.) cans sm. whole carrots, drained

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium pan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add carrots, return to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. 6 servings.
