QUICK LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 (4 oz. size) Cool Whip
1 sm. jar lemon juice
Few drops yellow food coloring

Using only 1 (4 ounce) Cool Whip, whip together ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Chill. Spread remainder of Cool Whip (4 ounce) over top of pie filling. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Refrigerate.
