Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning Ceyenne Pepper to taste-optional After water comes back to a boil, add 2 pounds chopped chicken, and cook for 10 minutes. Add 4 cups uncooked rice and cook until done. Turn off heat and stir in sausage. Let sit for 1-2 hours to blend flavors. (This recipe is also good with Shrimp instead of chicken.) |
