1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 bag caramels
1 c. Pet milk
3/4 stick butter
1 c. roasted pecans
1 c. chocolate chips

Cook caramels, Pet milk and butter until melted and starting to thicken. Pour on top of cake, then add pecans and chocolate chips. Pour other half of cake mix on top.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Icing:

1 cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. melted butter
