STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed with 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms & 1/4 c. butter
2 c. Arnold's stuffing mix

Mix all ingredients together. Flatten 16 boned and skinned chicken breast halves with mallet. Place stuffing in breast and roll. Place in a baggie and freeze (1 breast to a baggie).

To Serve: Remove breast from baggie (as many as needed). Place chicken in a baking dish side by side. Mix 1 can golden mushroom soup with 1/2 cup sauterne wine. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
