CHICKEN BREAST OR CORNISH HEN
STUFFING
 
1 beaten egg
1 c. herb stuffing
1/2 c. mushroom soup (reserve half of soup)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

BASTING SAUCE:

1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mushroom soup (reserved from can)

Sprinkle inside of chicken with salt. Mix above ingredients and stuff chicken. Use skewers and tie together. Cook 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Last 15 minutes baste with sauce. Wild rice makes a good side dish with this.
