TURKEY - APPLE SALAD 
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
2 apples, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
2/3 c. fat-free, no cholesterol mayonnaise

Combine cooked turkey, apples, and lemon juice in large bowl. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves.
