1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. salad oil
1 sm. onion, grated or dried onion

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan and boil for 1 minute. Cool and add the oil and onion. This dressing keeps forever in the refrigerator.
