CABBAGE SLAW WITH YOGURT
DRESSING
 
1 sm. head green cabbage (3/4 lb.)
10-12 radishes, sliced
1 c. unflavored yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
Chopped parsley

Shred cabbage. Put into bowl. Add radishes to cabbage. Fold in the yogurt. Salt and sugar to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
