CABBAGE SLAW WITH YOGURT
DRESSING
 
1 sm. head green cabbage
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 dozen radishes
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. chopped parsley for garnish

Shred cabbage and put in bowl. Trim ends of radishes and slice and add to cabbage. Fold in the yogurt, salt and sugar. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4.
