CARROT RAISIN SLAW | |
3 cups grated carrots 1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice), cut into smaller pieces 1 cup dark or golden raisins 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip) 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 cup Splenda (granulated) Mix first 5 ingredients, except reserved pineapple juice; set aside. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, Splenda and reserved pineapple juice and add to above and mix well. Chill overnight, or 4 to 5 hours. Submitted by: Bettye Perkins |
