COLESLAW 
Grate or chop one head of cabbage
Grated carrots
Chopped celery, green and red peppers
Sliced stuffed olives
Chopped or sliced green onions

Mix together well with dressing below. Best if chilled for several hours before serving. Keeps for days.

COLESLAW DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise (or 1/2 c. each of mayonnaise and sour cream or plain yogurt)
1 tsp. sugar
Generous pinch of each of the following: onion powder, dill weed, salt, pepper

Mix together well. Thin with pickle vinegar if desired.
