CHERRY COBBLER 
3 c. cherries
3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour

Cook these ingredients together.

CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cream flour, Crisco, and salt together. Add egg, water, and vinegar. Pour over filling. Brush top with milk. Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown.
