BREADED ROUND STEAK 
2 eggs
A little milk
Pinch of dry parsley
Salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese

Cut steak into serving pieces and pound. Dip meat into batter, then in Italian style bread crumbs. Put into glass baking dish with little oil. On each piece of steak, put small pat of butter. Bake at 350 degrees, when brown turn over once.
