CHICKEN AND PEACHES 
1 cut up chicken
1 can evaporated milk
Bisquick
1 (#2 1/2 can) cling peach halves
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. shortening

Heat oven 375 degrees. Dip chicken in 1/2 cup evaporated milk, then roll in mixture of Bisquick, salt, pepper and paprika. Melt shortening in 9x13 pan. Add chicken, skin side down. Bake 50-60 minutes.

Make Bisquick drop biscuit dough (use evaporated milk). Move chicken to one end of pan. Drain peaches and save juice. Arrange on chicken. Spoon biscuit on other end. Bake 15 minutes.

GRAVY:

Blend 1/4 cup Bisquick into pan. Stir in 1 cup peach juice and water. Boil and stir 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup evaporated milk. Do not boil.
