CHICKEN AND PEACHES | |
8 pieces chicken 1 lg. can peach halves 1/2 c. honey 1 med. lemon, sliced into 8 pieces 1 c. ketchup Combine honey and ketchup; pour over chicken in foil lined shallow pan (marinate 1 hour in refrigerator). Put slice of lemon on each piece of chicken. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 45 minutes; turn once, basting. Last 15 minutes, put 1 peach half on each piece of chicken. Serves 6 to 8. |
