CHICKEN PEACH ALMONDINE 
4 boned chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt or Greek seasoning
1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1 lg. can peach halves, drained (turn peach halves down while cooking)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown chicken in butter. Place in casserole. Add onions, parsley, spices, almonds, and butter. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Add peach halves and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered. Good the next day.
