PEACH CHICKEN DIVINE 
3 lb. chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Chinese Five-Spice by McCormick
1 tbsp. curry
1/2 c. zucchini
2 carrots
1 c. peaches and juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. ginger

Combine salt and pepper, Chinese spice, curry, paprika, and ginger. Sprinkle on top of chicken and inside chicken. Add 1/2 cup water. Roast 1 hour or until golden brown at 350 degrees. Last 20 minutes, add vegetables and peaches plus juice.
