Pancakes were awesome. As previous reviewers, I was out of the box stuff and thought, why not just make my own. Very good and simple recipe. I also tried the syrup recipe. Good also, but a bit to sweet and the maple flavor was lacking. I added another tsp. of vanilla and salt also to even out the sweetness. Worked like a charm.

Best pancakes ever. I've tried a couple of recipes but this is the only one where the pancakes turned out so light and fluffy. The recipe was very easy and my kids loved it so much they asked for seconds :). Thanks for the recipe.

Absolutely amazing! My daughter wanted pancakes and I definitely didn't want to leave the house so I searched for a recipe with simple ingredients and I had everything in my pantry! We love this recipe no more boxed pancakes for us!

I LOVE THIS RECIPE because it does not require buttermilk like so many others do! AND it is absolutely delicious!!!! I have made this recipe probably a hundred times since I found it and frequently have substituted combinations of whole wheat flour, cornmeal, oatflour to kick up the healthy side of things for my four kiddos, and it still turns out delicious no matter how you make it!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU DAD FOR YOUR HOMEMADE PANCAKES:-)

This makes excellent pancakes or waffles. I also add a dash of cinnamon powder and vanilla extract... :-)

This type of recipe was the best . We didn't have any box pancake powder left. When we Started to read this we thought it would be different and not as good. But these are beautiful , you should definitely try it !

I used a different recipe before but one day I thought I'd try something different so I came across this recipe and made them and have to say they are AMAZING!!! BETTER than the other recipe I was using. When I first made these I put two table spoons of Nutella and 1 one tablespoon of pure Mexican vanilla from Mexico - they were so good!!! I mean really good. So today I'm gonna make them again and make them just the regular way and just put the Mexican vanilla, I'm excited!!!To all the people out there who is looking for an amazing pancake recipe look no further, this is the BEST one by far!!! Thanks man for putting up this recipe I really appreciate it :) :) :)
