sorry I cannot rate this any higher, it was dry and unflavorful, nice try though.

I made these one morning for my family of 5 and my husband is not a pancake eater, and he loved these. We even make them with not sugar sometimes for a great biscuit recipe with homemade gravy. Man this recipe is so worth it. I never by boxed mix anymore, and today I am trying the syrup recipe, since I finally ran out of my store bought kind. I would recommend this recipe to anyone. Great for everyone. I also replace the sugar with splenda, and I sometimes will use whole wheat flour. AWESOME!!!

Thanks a lot. I had the kids over for the weekend and they all wanted pancakes. Of course I look in the pantry and don't have any mix. This is a really good mix. I wont be buying boxed again. Thank you for putting smiles on my kids faces.

I just tried these for my husband. Was running late and needed to make him something to eat before he left for work. Was planning on pancakes until I realized I had no mix. Saw this and jumped to it. It took me about 1 min to put together the ingredients and then smashed a ripe banana into it. He LOVED them. Thanks so much for saving me.

I found this recipe like last year and yesterday I went to find it online again and something came up and they weren't that great and I found this after I made the other ones and man I love these pancakes so do my little brothers. We never buy box pancakes often and these are by far my favorite!!! :)
