MMM! MY HOMEMADE PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk, eggs, and butter in a small bowl; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.

Serves 12 (4 inch) pancakes.
