5 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 sm. pkg. milk chocolate chips
2 bars German sweet chocolate
2 sq. Baker chocolate or semi sweet chips
2 c. chopped nuts

Boil sugar, butter and milk for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thick. Put into 9 x 9 buttered pan.
