HOT FUDGE CAKE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. Red Band self-rising flour 1 can chocolate syrup (Hershey), reg. size 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients, pour in pan (grease and flour pan). Mix in this order -- eggs, sugar, melted butter, flour, syrup and vanilla. Bake only 30 minutes at 350 degrees. ICING: 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. (sm. can) Pet milk 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels Bring butter, sugar and milk to boil -- cook 2 minutes, remove from heat, add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Punch lots of holes in with fork or spoon and pour icing over. |
