2 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
18 big marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can Pet evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels

In a 2-quart saucepan mix the sugar, butter, marshmallows, salt and milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils totally; continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and chocolate morsels until melted. Pour batter into a buttered 8-inch square pan; cool before cutting.
