CRAB CAKES 
One lb. crab meat, back fin preferred
8 tbsp. fine bread crumbs
1 egg
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Dash of salt and pepper

Pick meat thoroughly for shells. Then, mix together above ingredients in bowl until well mixed. Form into 5 or 6 cakes with hands. Roll in bowl of fine bread crumbs until lightly coated. Saute in butter until golden brown.
