GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
4 c. cooked green beans
1/2 c. buttered crumbs

Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce, soup, cheese and pimiento, stirring well. Put green beans in casserole dish and cover with soup mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
