GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
6 slices bacon, diced
1 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can green beans

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet. Leave 3 tablespoons grease. Add onions and green pepper. Cook until tender. Blend in flour, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Add tomatoes. Cook until thickened, partially drain beans and add. Heat, top with bacon and serve.
