3 c. green or yellow beans, cooked
1/4-1/3 c. sour cream
3 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, unpeeled & quartered
Salt & pepper to taste

Bring water to boil. Add salt. Drop in beans and return to boil. Cook 7 minutes. Cook bacon and crumble. Cook onion in same pan. Combine beans, bacon in casserole. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and cheese together. Pour over bacon, mix and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put tomato quarters on top. Cover and heat in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
