RIBBON JELLO SALAD | |
2 pkgs. lime Jello 2 c. boiling water 8 ice cubes #2 can crushed pineapple 2ND LAYER: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pkg. Dream Whip 3RD LAYER: 1 c. pineapple juice 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese 1st: Make Jello, 2 packages and 2 cups boiling water. Add 8 ice cubes. Add drained, crushed pineapple (save the juice). Let set in refrigerator. 2nd: Combine cream cheese, soft whipped at room temperature. Make package of Dream Whip (follow directions on package) then combine cream cheese and Dream Whip. Put on top of Jello. 3rd: Mix all other ingredients. Cook well stirring constantly until thick. Allow to cool. Spread on top of other layers. Add shredded cheese over all. Put in refrigerator. |
