OVERNIGHT CRISP SLAW | |
1 c. sugar 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. celery, finely sliced 1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped 5 c. cabbage, finely shredded 1/4 c. green onions, chopped fine 1/2 c. radishes, sliced thin Combine sugar, salts, lemon juice and vinegar in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except radishes; toss lightly. Refrigerate overnight (or 24 hours) in covered bowl. Add radishes just before serving. 10 servings. |
