CRISP BAKED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. instant potato flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. melted butter

Wash chicken pieces; pat dry. Beat egg and milk in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix potato flakes, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Roll chicken pieces in egg mixture then in potato mixture.

Place chicken in small roasting pan. Roll coated chicken in the melted butter in pan. Leave skin side up and bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
