CHEESEBURGER PIE | |
1 c. Bisquick mix 1 lb. hamburg Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c. cold water 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. Bisquick mix 2 eggs 2 med. tomatoes, sliced Mix 1 cup Bisquick and water; knead well. Roll out for 9-inch pie plate. Cook hamburg and onion until beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into pie crust. Mix eggs and cottage cheese. Pour over beef mixture. Arrange tomato slices in circle on top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until set. |
