1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick or quick mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced or sm. can of cooked tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Brown beef and onions. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Top with tomatoes. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 400 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese when done and bake until cheese is melted. Knife inserted in center should come out clean when done. Serves 6 to 8.
